But eating too much carbs without anything to counterpart with it can be unhealthy considering that too much carbohydrates will increase your weight uncontrollably. So you have to know some techniques on how to make a healthy bagels .

So if you always make it for yourself or for your kids, you have to keep yourself updated on how to make these boring bagels into unique ones that will make your child always wonder of how they will look like the next day. Lessening the 350 grams of calories and 50 to 60 grams of carbohydrates is the best way through it.

It is believed that aside from carbs and calories, there is no other nutrients and vitamins that you could get from one bagel. And the most ideal way to lessen the carb content of it is to minimize the serve from a whole to half or one fourth depending on the diet of the person. In this way one can still have his shape.

Another is that aside from changing the heavy cream to non fat creams, you can also add any fruit bites to add up flavour into your bagel. You could not imagine eating one with strawberry bites on it. Aside from lessening the fat you are also adding another set of vitamins into it. It is also ideal for an artistic presentation for your loved ones.

You are required to have at least thirty grams of protein in your body for you to survive a day in the healthiest way. But beginning your day with only 3.5 grams of protein is not ideal. Considering that you will also minimize the serve because of carbohydrate contents. So the most ideal escape will be eating it with soya milk.

And in connection to that, the most ideal way to have a very healthy and happy day is to eat that bagel with the rest of your favourite healthy foods such as egg with mayonnaise, avocado, and other organic products.
