Mexican foods have vastly improved over the years. People who have not tried the varieties of Mexican cuisines must definitely visit a restaurant and try it out. Many countries have adapted and made their own variations of Mexican cuisines. With its diverse style, texture and flavor, many tourists have visited Mexico just to eat and taste their foods. There are thousands of recipes to try out in regards to Mexican cuisines. Tortillas is the most common and most famous among the recipes. This are made by corn or flours. The variations and diversity of tacos are limitless. Some restaurants offer rare meat that are not commonly used. Adventurers and keen eaters should try out tripe, cow brain and cow tongue inside the taco. This will be rolled and fried then topped with onions, fresh cheese, sour cream, tomatoes and lettuce.

Gorditas. This particular is open to many variations across the world. Gorditas are similar to little pancakes however it is very thick. This will then be cut lengthwise and then filled with syrup or jam depend on your own choice. However, in some parts they created it with a few pockets and then stuffed with different fillings.

Camotes. Camotes are typically sweetened potatoes. The potatoes are being cooked with unrefined cane sugars and cinnamon but offer a molasses flavor and texture. Restaurants served this dish in a bowl and customers can add sweet milk to give it a more finesse.

Chiles en nogada. This dish is basically a traditional dish because the colors are composed the same as the Mexican flag. This might be not good for people who does not like spicy foods. Poblano peppers is filled with different mixtures on diced meats then topped with sprinkled pomegranate seeds and a white cream sauce.
