Heat the water to boil and put in the lobsters one by one and bring the water to boil again. Lower the heat and for 15 minutes simmer it. If you get them soft shelled, reduce the time of cooking by three minutes.

While buying lobsters, try not to go for one that weighs more than a pound or pound and a half. Since lobsters are big in size, cooking is done unevenly, that is, some parts are cooked while some remain uncooked. Therefore, you must take a large-sized pan so that it fits the recipe comfortably.
